2. Products and Availability
Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of our products—including jerseys, sneakers, perfumes, t-shirts, polos, pants, and drop-shoulder apparel—are accurate. However, errors may occur.
Color and Sizing: While we make every effort to display the colors and fits of our garments and sneakers accurately, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or device display.
Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a product such as a limited-edition jersey or a specific sneaker size is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment Methods: We accept standard payment methods including cash on delivery (COD), mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad), and credit/debit cards. All digital payments must be cleared before goods are dispatched from our Kamarpara warehouse.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Logistics: Delivery times vary based on your location. We rely on third-party courier services for deliveries outside our immediate service area. Mystic Fashion is not liable for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, political unrest).
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
Apparel and Footwear: Items like t-shirts, jerseys, pants, and sneakers must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Sneakers must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox.
Perfumes: For health and hygiene reasons, perfumes can only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
